Job Overview

This role focuses on outbound sales activities to identify and engage potential customers in the healthcare sector, particularly clinics and practices. The position involves building a sales pipeline through direct outreach and qualifying leads to create sales opportunities, working closely with the sales team in a growing health-tech startup.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and directly contact doctor’s practices and ambulatory facilities
  • Conduct active outbound efforts via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads and assess needs
  • Build trust and initial relationships with decision-makers
  • Schedule and prepare high-quality initial conversations
  • Collaborate closely with sales to develop opportunities
  • Maintain and structure the pipeline in the CRM system (Zoho)
  • Continuously improve outreach, messaging, and targeting
  • Actively contribute to building a scalable outbound setup

Qualifications

  • Initial experience in sales, business development, or similar roles
  • Strong motivation for outbound sales and direct customer contact
  • High energy, discipline, and results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills to quickly generate interest
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Interest in healthcare and digital solutions
  • Very good German skills; English is a plus
