Responsibilities
- Identify and directly contact doctor’s practices and ambulatory facilities
- Conduct active outbound efforts via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and assess needs
- Build trust and initial relationships with decision-makers
- Schedule and prepare high-quality initial conversations
- Collaborate closely with sales to develop opportunities
- Maintain and structure the pipeline in the CRM system (Zoho)
- Continuously improve outreach, messaging, and targeting
- Actively contribute to building a scalable outbound setup
Qualifications
- Initial experience in sales, business development, or similar roles
- Strong motivation for outbound sales and direct customer contact
- High energy, discipline, and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills to quickly generate interest
- Structured and independent working style
- Interest in healthcare and digital solutions
- Very good German skills; English is a plus
