Responsibilities

  • Engage and qualify potential customers through outbound and inbound outreach (calls, emails, etc.)
  • Identify buyer personas, understand their pain points, and position the solution as a resolution
  • Generate qualified opportunities and schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Keep all activity and data organized in HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve acquisition strategies
  • Consistently achieve or exceed targets

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an SDR in B2B Tech
  • Strong commercial mindset and communication skills
  • High level of motivation, persistence, and goal orientation
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Native-level English
  • Based in Spain (mandatory)
