Responsibilities
- Engage and qualify potential customers through outbound and inbound outreach (calls, emails, etc.)
- Identify buyer personas, understand their pain points, and position the solution as a resolution
- Generate qualified opportunities and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Keep all activity and data organized in HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve acquisition strategies
- Consistently achieve or exceed targets
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an SDR in B2B Tech
- Strong commercial mindset and communication skills
- High level of motivation, persistence, and goal orientation
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Native-level English
- Based in Spain (mandatory)
