Job Overview

This role supports regional field enablement efforts for the In-Store line of business, delivering training to drive performance and consistency across the customer journey. It acts as a bridge between central strategy and frontline teams, partnering with senior enablement managers and Pre/Post Sales leaders to improve ramp time, win rates, retention, and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver training across product, positioning, and processes.
  • Create feedback loops to continuously improve programs.
  • Handle new hire onboarding, product education, call reviews, and workshops to drive best practice adoption.
  • Support sales and post-sales teams to operate more efficiently and consistently.
  • Gather feedback from frontline teams, identify friction points, and turn insights into action.

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in enablement, sales, customer success, or a related go-to-market support function.
  • Experience with sales systems such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, Outreach, or related tools preferred.
  • Ability to translate playbooks and processes into engaging and impactful learning experiences.
  • Experience supporting sales or post-sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project coordination skills to work independently and handle multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, especially in explaining systems, processes, or technical concepts.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Sales Ops, and RevOps teams.
