Responsibilities
- Conduct initial conversations and sales calls with qualified e-commerce companies to identify growth potentials.
- Guide potential partners through the entire sales process from first contact to closing.
- Analyze customer needs and challenges, developing suitable solutions in collaboration with the performance team.
- Create individual offers and present services at the decision-maker level.
- Maintain and develop the sales pipeline in the CRM, ensuring clean documentation of all activities.
- Work closely with the founder team, contributing ideas to optimize sales processes.
- Build long-term relationships with exciting brands in the DACH region.
Qualifications
- Completed degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent education.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or account executive roles, ideally in e-commerce or agency environments.
- Experience selling and successfully closing complex services or solutions in a B2B context.
- Confident demeanor, clear communication, and ability to convince C-level decision-makers.
- Structured, goal-oriented work style with a strong hands-on mentality.
- Motivated to take responsibility and actively contribute to company growth.
- Good understanding of performance marketing and digital business models (or strong interest in learning).
- Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Open, communicative personality with enjoyment of direct customer contact.
