Join a rapidly growing Swiss software startup as a Sales Manager focused on expanding markets in the UK, Ireland, and Nordics. Drive sales of a cloud-based appointment scheduling software to medium-sized and large companies, particularly in insurance, financial services, or public administration sectors.
Responsibilities
- Convince and acquire well-known medium-sized and large companies in the UK and Nordics for the software from initial contact to contract execution.
- Independently identify customer needs, submit suitable offers, and demonstrate the value of the product and services.
- Communicate with stakeholders to support agile development of the solution.
- Work with the founding team to improve the sales cycle, including lead generation, pipeline creation, and conversion rates.
- Acquire new leads, conduct product presentations and demos, negotiate contracts and prices.
Qualifications
- Many years of experience in professional-level sales of explanatory software, preferably B2B IT/SaaS.
- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; enthusiastic and resilient.
- Comfortable conducting product demos for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of decision-making processes in larger companies and administrations.
- Ability to work independently, manage schedule, and set priorities.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; other languages welcome.
- Essential experience in B2B SaaS sales.
