Job Overview

Manage the HVAC and Thermistor business representative/distribution network, establish and strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. Collaborate across the organization to represent interests and respond to customer needs. The role involves up to 50% travel and focuses on quality, change enablement, and strategic business development.

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue and increase market share by identifying and selling to prospective accounts through research and networking.
  • Maintain relationships for new and existing accounts to protect and grow business opportunities, including developing key account plans.
  • Identify needs for new products and work with Marketing, Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and R&D on development initiatives.
  • Generate short-term and long-term forecasts for revenue and product/volume mix.
  • Provide input to marketing for promotional, advertising, and communication strategies.
  • Benchmark products against competition and monitor competitive forces.

Qualifications

  • BS degree or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years of account management in HVAC or Thermistor.
  • Strong relationship and team building abilities.
  • Ability to determine business drivers, create growth strategies, and collaborate with internal and external resources.
  • Physical ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods, communicate effectively, perform repetitive motions, assess work accuracy, and lift up to 50 pounds.
