Responsibilities
- Generate revenue and increase market share by identifying and selling to prospective accounts through research and networking.
- Maintain relationships for new and existing accounts to protect and grow business opportunities, including developing key account plans.
- Identify needs for new products and work with Marketing, Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and R&D on development initiatives.
- Generate short-term and long-term forecasts for revenue and product/volume mix.
- Provide input to marketing for promotional, advertising, and communication strategies.
- Benchmark products against competition and monitor competitive forces.
Qualifications
- BS degree or equivalent.
- 6+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years of account management in HVAC or Thermistor.
- Strong relationship and team building abilities.
- Ability to determine business drivers, create growth strategies, and collaborate with internal and external resources.
- Physical ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods, communicate effectively, perform repetitive motions, assess work accuracy, and lift up to 50 pounds.
