Job Overview

Responsible for market entry and sales success in the Polish market for an AI-based assistant product. Involves acquiring new customers, building long-term relationships, and developing scalable sales structures. Focuses on hands-on sales activities from cold outreach to deal closing, targeting industries like manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce.

Responsibilities

  • Build the entire sales structure for the Polish market.
  • Systematically identify and qualify target customers in industry, stationary retail, and e-commerce.
  • Conduct outreach via personal, written, phone, or video methods to convince prospects.
  • Select, brief, and manage external lead and appointment service providers in Poland.
  • Perform consultative selling through discovery calls and product demos to develop tailored solutions.
  • Handle offer preparation, price and contract negotiations, and deal closing.
  • Manage customer relationships, recognize sales opportunities, and build trust.
  • Conduct pipeline management, potential analysis, and regular sales reporting in HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to optimize solutions.

Qualifications

  • Completed degree, ideally in business, or a completed commercial apprenticeship.
  • Very good knowledge of German and Polish (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or SaaS, with proven sales successes.
  • Strong persuasion and persistence to close deals successfully.
  • Goal- and results-oriented, adapting sales strategies as needed.
  • Empathy and relationship-building skills to communicate effectively and understand customer needs.
  • Analytical thinking with experience in market and potential analysis, and proficiency with CRM and reporting tools.
  • Self-initiative and organization to work structured in a remote setting.
  • Efficient work style using AI tools, curiosity for new possibilities, team player with hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm for AI technology.
