Responsibilities
- Contribute and execute strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand presence in target markets.
- Own and optimize lead generation process, working closely with Marketing to enhance inbound and outbound strategies.
- Drive business development efforts, identifying new market opportunities and key accounts.
- Establish and refine best practices for outreach, lead qualification, and conversion using multi-channel engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging and ensure alignment with market needs.
- Own and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups through CRM.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, negotiating and closing high-value deals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies.
- Continuously optimize the sales process using data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of outstanding results.
- Quick learner eager to deep dive into new topics and iterate fast on traction strategies.
- Previous experience and strong results as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Development Representative, or similar role.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience with lead generation and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach.io).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage C-level prospects.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Italian (spoken and written).
- English work proficiency.
