Responsibilities
- Develop and own the go-to-market strategy for the industrial manufacturing and logistics sector, identifying and prioritizing OEMs and suppliers.
- Build a sustainable pipeline and position the company as a partner for engineering, procurement, and cost-engineering teams.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities via prospecting, networking, and industry events.
- Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery to contract closure.
- Nurture and expand existing clients by identifying additional potentials and building long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, development representatives, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Own revenue targets and contribute to company growth in the segment.
- Handle forecasting and maintain structured pipeline planning in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Multiple years of experience in B2B sales of software or SaaS solutions, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Proven success in building new business and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Experience working with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
- Good understanding of engineering, procurement, or cost-engineering processes in industrial manufacturing and logistics.
- Strong skills in territory planning, account strategy, and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at decision-maker level.
- High self-responsibility, resilience, and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
