Job Overview

Build the strongest digital closing system in the DACH region, helping individuals start online businesses (B2C) and assisting coaches, agencies, and consultants scale predictably (B2B). Conduct strategic sales conversations with pre-qualified leads using AI-supported tools, scripts, and coaching to drive results and achieve high earnings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic sales conversations (Zoom/Phone) with pre-warmed leads in B2C and B2B sectors.
  • Identify needs and guide potential customers to purchase decisions.
  • Utilize AI tools, sales playbooks, and CRM structures to optimize closing rates.
  • Document activities and KPIs accurately.
  • Develop through daily sales missions and 1:1 coachings to become a high performer.
  • Contribute to a results-oriented system that tracks and rewards performance.

Qualifications

  • Initial sales experience or strong intuition for people, conversations, and decisions.
  • Work independently, think entrepreneurially, and maintain high performance standards.
