Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Manage territory by developing new business and prospects to grow revenue.
  • Work with Regional Sales Manager on territory management and account development.
  • Implement aggressive prospecting plan, including cold calls and appointments for new opportunities.
  • Conduct 5+ demos per week to showcase technology benefits.
  • Train customers to ensure renewals.
  • Utilize CRM to record, maintain, and report customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years outside sales experience.
  • Associate degree in Automotive Technology or related field preferred.
  • Experience in the diagnostic tool industry preferred.
  • Strong cold calling, prospecting, and sales quota achievement skills.
  • Outstanding relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and overcome customer buying objections.
  • Strong time-management, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
  • Adaptability to quick business changes and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, and consent to background check.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
