Responsibilities
- Manage territory by developing new business and prospects to grow revenue.
- Work with Regional Sales Manager on territory management and account development.
- Implement aggressive prospecting plan, including cold calls and setting appointments.
- Conduct 5+ demos per week showcasing technology benefits.
- Train customers to ensure renewal.
- Utilize CRM to record, maintain, and report customer activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years outside sales experience.
- Associate degree in Automotive Technology or related field preferred.
- Experience in the diagnostic tool industry preferred.
- Strong cold calling, prospecting, and sales quota achievement skills.
- Outstanding relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and overcome customer buying objections.
- Strong time-management, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
- Adaptability to quick business changes and excellent follow-up skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, and consent to background check.
- Physical ability to enter heavy-duty trucks, stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and travel up to 75%.
