Job Overview

This role involves selling digital, print, and service solutions to higher education institutions to address challenges in student access, achievement, and affordability. Responsibilities

  • Achieve or surpass territory sales targets by offering course-based solutions to faculty.
  • Accelerate adoption of subscription-based materials to improve student affordability and access.
  • Collaborate with specialists and account executives to implement program-wide or institution-wide solutions.
  • Conduct back-to-school campaigns to boost student engagement and work with bookstores to drive sell-through.
  • Track and forecast sales in OneCRM (Salesforce.com).
  • Connect daily with 15+ faculty members using campus visits and virtual sessions, employing consultative sales techniques.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and forecasting, plan strategically at territory and adoption levels, and deliver sales presentations and training sessions.
  • Work with Customer Success to support key customers, implement company initiatives, and stay updated on products and industry issues.
  • Share successful tactics across district, region, and nationally, and participate in cross-functional task forces.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and successful work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of outstanding sales performance in higher education or related industry.
  • Proficiency with Office tools, mobile technologies, computer applications, and business systems.
  • Strong drive for achievement, proven track record of meeting goals, comfort with digital media, and passion for education.
  • Determination, optimism, initiative, and self-direction.
