Job Overview

This role focuses on inside sales to facilitate social mobility by offering customers affordable electricity and gas tariffs, helping them convert time and ambition into career and financial opportunities through remote sales activities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a large number of calls to offer customers favorable electricity and gas tariffs.
  • Assist in resolving the switching of electricity and gas contracts.
  • Offer suitable tariffs to customers.
  • Build trust with customers through strong sales skills.
  • Close contracts to achieve good results.

Qualifications

  • Multi-year experience in sales, with solid knowledge in customer acquisition, existing customer care, and selling products and services, including successful implementation of sales strategies for revenue growth.
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, with secure and professional conduct in direct customer contact and written communication, experience in negotiation and presentation in German.
  • Goal-oriented work with strong sales and closing orientation, combined with a good sense for customer needs.
