Sales Support Specialist

Job Overview

This role serves as the primary point of contact for retailers, handling acquisition, management, and relationship building. You’ll collaborate with the field sales team to implement sales strategies, support product placements, maintain existing customers, and ensure smooth processes between internal teams, field sales, and clients. The position involves managing customer data in CRM systems and making phone calls to potential new customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for retailers: acquisition, management, and relationship maintenance
• Collaborate with the field sales team to implement joint sales strategies
• Support product placements and existing customer care
• Ensure seamless processes between internal service, field sales, and customers
• Maintain customer data and documentation in the CRM system
• Make phone contact with potential new customers

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is required, ideally in retail or FMCG
• Independent, structured work style and solution-oriented thinking
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in building customer relationships
• Confident handling of common office tools
• Residence in Germany (100% remote)
• Perfect German skills in spoken and written form
