Responsibilities
- Manage and expand existing customer relationships

- Conduct needs analyses, online and on-site presentations, and offer negotiations
- Participate in trade fairs, industry days, and online events
- Monitor the market and continuously optimize sales strategy with management
Qualifications
- Experience in sales of complex software solutions, ideally in the municipal sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Structured, self-organized, and results-oriented work style
- Confident handling of digital tools, CRM systems, and MS Office
- Willingness to travel within the sales area if required
