Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a growing team of Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, including CISOs and security leaders.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities while expanding existing enterprise customer relationships with the Customer Success team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless integration of sales efforts.
  • Provide strategic sales leadership and drive consultative sales methodology.
  • Improve efficiency and effectiveness through refined sales processes and tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales leadership, focusing on cybersecurity and professional services.
  • Proven success in consultative sales, building strong relationships with security leaders.
  • Experience selling to enterprise clients, particularly to CISOs and security leadership.
  • Background in offensive security sales or strong understanding of cybersecurity services.
  • Strategic mindset with go-to-market plan development and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, articulating security value propositions.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive, adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to work remotely, ideally based in CST or EST time zone.
