Responsibilities
- Manage customer projects from the first idea to series production.
- Provide technical advice to customers on individual mechatronic and hydraulic drive solutions.
- Develop offers and negotiate contracts on equal terms.
- Incorporate market requirements into product development.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
- Train customers in the application of systems.
Qualifications
- Technical background (e.g., mechanical engineering, mechatronics) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in technical sales, ideally in a key account environment.
- Good knowledge of hydraulics, preferably in mobile hydraulics.
- Confident presence in customer contact and negotiation skills.
- Fluent German and very good English skills.
- High willingness to travel in the sales territory.
- Strong communication skills with a good sense for customer interaction.
