Job Overview

Responsible for producing new and incremental sales and revenue growth within an assigned territory. Focus on retention of key customer relationships while selling products and services to prospective customers using a consultative sales approach.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth through new logo acquisition within an assigned territory
  • Drive new business with prospect accounts (zero billers)
  • Sell the company’s products and services via telephone/web conferencing
  • Qualify leads, identify decision makers, determine customer needs, explain product/service variations, overcome objections and close sales
  • Update relevant customer information including sales funnel activity, opportunity updates, maintenance of monthly goals, customer proposals and contracts
  • Provide superior service with every customer interaction

Qualifications

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent education and 3 years sales experience
  • Prior sales experience with a history of new market growth acquisition in a Telesales/web conferencing environment
  • Strong oral and written communication, analytical problem solving and closing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
