Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize strategic clinic and medical center accounts based on market potential, digitalization level, and decision structures.
- Proactively contact and qualify C-level stakeholders such as executives, management, and administrative leaders.
- Conduct in-depth discovery conversations to understand digital challenges and processes in clinical environments.
- Develop precise value stories and ROI arguments for various stakeholder groups.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, including planning, steering, documentation, forecasting, pipeline management, and decision analysis.
- Ensure structured multi-stakeholder buy-in and navigate complex decision paths in clinic networks and operating companies.
- Handle contract negotiations and closing in close collaboration with operations and customer success.
- Build long-term executive relationships and position the company as a strategic digitalization partner.
- Participate in industry conferences, events, and committees to increase visibility in relevant networks.
- Provide feedback on strategic market and customer requirements to product and management teams.
Qualifications
- Multiple years of experience in strategic, analytically focused roles, such as strategic B2B sales, business development, account management, or top management consulting.
- Proven competence in dealing with C-level decision-makers, including navigating complex decision structures, developing business cases, and convincing stakeholders at executive levels.
- Prior knowledge of decision-making processes in healthcare is helpful but not required; essential is the ability to quickly grasp complex stakeholder structures and navigate topics like budget logic, compliance, and digitalization.
- Focus on impact over titles: Take ownership, drive initiatives independently, and implement decisive steps to achieve tangible results and real progress.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills, understanding both clinical processes and economic contexts.
