Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers in the DACH market and support expansion into international regions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from cold acquisition to closing deals.
  • Understand customer pain points (growth, CAC/CPA, ROAS, scaling, tracking) and provide factual advice.
  • Strategically position new performance offerings in the market and identify emerging demand potentials.
  • Develop strategies for winning international markets.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German (native level) and proficient in English for negotiations and daily work.
  • Strong sales orientation with passion for closing deals and working independently, regardless of experience level.
  • Direct, authentic communication with active listening.
  • Affinity for MarTech, performance environments, and CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Ability to quickly recognize market opportunities and convincingly position new solutions.
