Job Overview

Responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution, and executing marketing strategies within an assigned territory. Manages key accounts, oversees field activities, and supports the Regional Account Manager to achieve business objectives. Serves as the primary point of contact for retailers, wholesalers, and internal field teams to ensure operational excellence and brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Increase sales and expand distribution of products to meet objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Implement sales strategies and promotional programs.
  • Maintain inventory levels and product rotation at retail locations.
  • Monitor competitive activity and report insights.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors.
  • Ensure fair pricing across accounts and execute account plans.
  • Assist in coordinating field sales team activities and setting goals.
  • Plan and execute in-store promotional events.
  • Distribute promotional materials and maintain point-of-sale displays.
  • Submit reports on promotional activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales or territory management.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic reporting tools.
  • Preferred: Experience working within Native American territories or Tribal communities.

Physical & Work Environment

  • Up to 90% daily travel and 50% overnight travel.
  • Combination of office and field work with exposure to outdoor weather, fuel odors, and moderate noise.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 35 lbs.
